You must explicitly enable GPS tracking and grant "Allow all the time" location permission for this feature to work. You can disable it at any time.

When We Collect Location Data:
- Only when the user explicitly enables GPS tracking by tapping the location pin button
- Only during configured business operating hours (e.g., Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)
- Location tracking automatically pauses outside of operating hours
- Users can disable location sharing at any time
How We Use Location Data:
- Display real-time technician locations to dispatchers and office staff
- Provide accurate arrival time estimates to customers
- Optimize job routing and scheduling efficiency
- Calculate labor costs based on time spent at job sites
- Generate service reports and route history
Background Location Access:
With user permission, our app may collect location data in the background (when the app is minimized or the screen is off) to maintain accurate tracking during active work shifts. This enables continuous location updates while technicians are traveling between job sites. Background location collection only occurs when the user has actively enabled GPS tracking and is within configured operating hours.
Location Data Retention:
- Real-time location data is used for live tracking and is updated continuously
- Location history (breadcrumbs) is retained for operational reporting purposes
- Users may request deletion of their location history by contacting support
Your Control Over Location Data:

- Tracking automatically stops outside of business hours
